  • What Measures Are You Taking For COVID-19?
    Our Home Cleaning Technicians are taking steps to do their part in keeping everyone healthy. This includes: •Temperature checks each morning •Washing hands regularly •Disinfecting equipment between each job. •Staying home when they are not feeling well. •Staying equipped with a mask on hand at all times •Wearing new gloves during each cleaning •Practice physical distancing in your home, as appropriate. If you would like any additional measures taken contact us directly.
  • What Is Included In a Standard Cleaning?
    Do’s: • All exterior surfaces in ALL desired rooms • Kitchen (clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top, etc.) • Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain, mirrors, sink and counter etc.) • Bedroom shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed, etc. • Floors are vacuumed & mopped • All window sills • + more. Don’ts: • All additional services are not included, such as inside oven or fridge (must be selected for an additional cost) • The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed and in-depth work in the above mentioned Do’s.
  • What Is Included In a Deep Cleaning?
    Do’s: • Everything included in a regular clean + • Baseboards scrubbed • Light switches & door handles disinfected • Extremely detailed and ind-depth dusting and cleaning from celing to floor • Back splashes and faucet fixtures are polished *Deep cleans take approximately 5-6 hours Don’ts: •All other Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
  • What Service Do You Recommend for First Time Clients?
    A deep clean addition is recommended for all first time cleanings by Moni's Cleaning Service. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean we will continue on with either your weekly, bi-weekly or monthly recurring standard cleanings to keep up with the cleanliness of your home.
  • Cancellations & Refunds
    If you cancel prior to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, there is no charge for holding your place on the schedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning you will receive an invoice and be charged a $50.00 fee. However, if you would like to reschedule your cleaning without canceling, we will reschedule you to the next available opening that you, the client, and we have agreed upon. No fee is applied.
  • What Are Your Hours of Operation?
    Our hours of operation are: Monday – Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
  • How Do I Update Billing?
    After you have been invoiced at least once you will reserve a place in our client hub. You’ll want to head to your client hub and select billing. In that section it’ll allow you to update your billing details. You may also contact us via phone or email to receive assistance in updating billing.
  • Do You Clean Any Surfaces Outside of The Home?
    The only surface we will clean outside of the home is one set of sliding glass doors. Other than that, we strictly clean only inside the home.
  • Will The Same Cleaners Come Every Time?
    Upon your request, we will make every effort to ensure that you receive the same cleaners each time. However, please understand that they may request personal leave time and there may be dates that we will need to send a different cleaner.
  • Do I Need to Be Home When The Cleaners Arrive or Depart?
    You do not! However, if it’s your first time signing up for a cleaning by us, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your cleaning technician.
  • Can I Trust Your Cleaners?
    You sure can! Each cleaner is background checked and drug tested prior to any unsupervised cleanings on their own. Each cleaner must also pass a rigorous training period before being allowed to conduct unsupervised cleanings.
  • Is Moni's Cleaning Service Licensed, Bonded & Insured?"
    We sure are! We are licensed in Florida, insured through Next Insurance, and bonded through Surety Bonding.
  • Does Moni's Cleaning Use Toxic Cleaning Products?
    We strictly use only eco-friendly products. However, there are occassionally some instances in which we may need to use something a little more "harsh." Please ensure that our cleaners are fully aware of any products you would not like used in your home and we will stay away from using them.
  • Can I Leave a Key?
    Absolutely! We have many clients who have entrusted us to keep a key to their home. Whether you are home or not is completely up to your preference. Some prefer to be there, some do not.
  • What If Something Breaks?
    This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our home office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.
  • Do You Clean If People Smoke Indoors?
    We do not! This is a strict policy as we are adamant on providing an awesome experience for the customer, but equally providing the safest working conditions for our cleaners.
  • What If I Am Not Satisfied With My Cleaning After The Cleaners Leave?
    We hold true to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are ever not satisfied with your cleaning, let us know within 72 hours of your last cleaning and we will either refund you your money back for the cleaning or fix it at no additional cost, hassle free.
  • Will I Be Charged Upon Booking Online?
    Once you have booked a cleaning with us online, we will contact you first to confirm your identity and go over a few items pertaining your cleaning. You will be charged the day of your cleaning. For those who are looking for recurring service, after your first payment and first cleaning, you will then be charged for both cleanings on either the 1st or 15th of each month (your choice) and we will arrive on our agreed upon scheduled dates and times. Similar to your Netflix Subscription, we follow the same model.
  • Are Prices Negotiable?
    We always do our best to remain flexible with pricing, however as with any business, there are factors that go into our pricing which gives us a good ballpark of what we should charge. These factors include items such as: -Time it takes to clean -Insurance -Bonding -Supplies utilization -Current economy -In-depth knowledge of products, cleaning, and cleaning techniques and methodology For this reason, the price you receive is firm, unless otherwise noted.
  • How Do I Cancel My Service?
    Please head to the “account” page on our website, login into your account. Find “cancel my account” and submit a quick form to successfully cancel your cleanings. Please ensure that if you will be canceling your account and no longer receive service with us, that you do so 72 hours before your scheduled billing date.
  • What should I do before my cleaners arrive?
    To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place.
  • What time does your team arrive?
    While we cannot warranty our exact time of arrival because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires, we do offer 1-hour arrival windows for your convenience. However, if we feel we will not arrive on time for any reason, we will notify you and let you know.
  • What do you not clean?
    Our professional housecleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. We customize services to accommodate your preferences so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want. To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically: -Clean toys -Clean the inside of your fireplace -Pick up clutter -Clean outside -Clean your iron -Do laundry -Wash dishes We want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you. However, we’re happy to clean the inside of your cabinets, stove, and refrigerator upon request.
  • What if my scheduled cleaning service falls on a holiday?
    During the event that one of your routine cleanings falls on a holiday, we’ll reach out to you. Our team will also remind you of any additional housecleaning services that we can provide you with so you can be prepared for the upcoming holiday. We’ll do our best to work with your schedule.
  • How do you charge for each recurring cleaning?
    We charge on a subscription base. For example if you schedule a bi-weekly cleaning, on the first of the month you will automatically be billed using your card on file for both cleanings. We will then arrive on our agreed upon dates and times. This leads to less hassle for both of us. You never have to worry about making sure you have a cash or check ready and we do not have to worry about chasing you down after cleaning. Win-Win.
  • Since you bill monthly, what if an "extra cleaning" lands in certain months?"
    This is inevitable. If you request a monthly service, there will be one month every year where two cleanings fall in the same month. If you request a bi-weekly service, there will be two months every year where three cleanings fall in the same month. If you request a weekly service, there will be three months every year where five cleanings fall in the same month. Prior to any month where your schedule lands an extra cleaning, we will notify you to learn whether you would like for us to go through with that cleaning and bill you for the price of one cleaning on top of your normal price or skip that extra cleaning and resume on the next following scheduled date the following month.
  • Do your housecleaners accept tips?
    While tips aren’t expected, we fully embrace and accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year to show their cleaners appreciation and gratitude. You can also leave a review on our Google or Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.
